Her children’s educational experiences—spanning Carlisle Public Schools, CCHS, Fenn, the Carroll School, and Middlesex—give her a broad, practical understanding of both public and independent school options. A former elementary school teacher, Stephanie holds a B.A. from Boston College and a Master’s Degree in Education from Boston University. She represents buyers and sellers with confidence and clarity, offering strong negotiating skills and a steady, strategic voice throughout each transaction. Stephanie also brings entrepreneurial and marketing expertise from previously owning a successful business selling reclaimed wooden furniture made from the USS Constitution. There, she honed her strengths in client service, storytelling, and relationship building—skills that now elevate the experience she provides to her real estate clients.

Alongside her business partner, Dina DeMayo, Stephanie helps buyers and sellers navigate each step of the real estate process with confidence, care, and strong local expertise. Her community involvement has included meaningful work with Concord Youth Theater, serving as a Parent Representative at CCHS, volunteering at Fenn School and Carlisle Public Schools fundraising, supporting the Carlisle Council on Aging, serving on the Concord Museum Guild Board, and volunteering with Open Table.

Outside of real estate, Stephanie’s happiest moments are spent with her family—whether it’s cheering her children on at sports or theater events, gathering for meals, or enjoying simple everyday time together. She also loves walking her golden retriever, Archie, on the area’s scenic trails, where she finds both joy and connection to the community she serves. When she’s not with her family or clients, she enjoys playing pickleball and tennis and getting outside whenever she can.
