“Selling your home can be emotionally difficult. Working with brokers helps you maintain some emotional distance from folks who may not see your home exactly like you do. Running open houses, private tours, answering buyer questions (sometimes endless and tedious) and assisting with negotiations is valuable. Stephanie and Dina really understood our perspective on things and helped us navigate this emotional and financial minefield much better than we could have done on our own. Absolutely would not have sold our house for as much or as quickly as we did with them.”

Stephanie was an absolute joy to work with. She kept us informed about houses that were coming up for sale, helped us understand the current market, and helped us make the most attractive deal possible to get an incredible home. She was patient and helpful every stap of the way. I don't have enough room to talk about all the great work she did. I badly hope I never have to move again. Every part of it that Stephanie wasn't involved in (the packing, coordinating with movers, fixing up our old house) was a giganitic hassle.
